Join us for an exhilarating evening of fun and movement at our Wednesday Night Bellydance Fundamentals Class! Discover the enchanting beauty of Classic Egyptian Raqs Sharqi with the talented instructor Safiya from 6:00 to 7:00 PM each week.
In this session, students will dive into an elegant choreography set to the romantic classic song "Ana Fi Entizarak," a beloved Tarab piece that celebrates the essence of love and longing. Get ready to embrace your femininity and empower yourself as you learn to move gracefully to this captivating music!
This class is designed for all levels, ensuring that everyone can join in on the excitement. As we explore the world of "Raqs Sharqi" (also known as Eastern Dance, Oriental Dance, or Classical Bellydance), you’ll not only enjoy dancing but also learn about the fascinating history behind this theatrical art form. Experience the joy of mastering turns, traveling steps, directional changes, and level shifts, all while bonding with fellow dance enthusiasts!
Cost: $100 + tax for the 8 Week Session, with a Drop-in Fee of $20 + tax per class, or utilize a Class Card or MU Pass!
