WeCare Charity Yoga & Soundbowls

Join us for a calming and restorative Charity Yoga & Sound Bowl Experience at LIGHT HOUSE Yoga and Fitness, where movement, mindfulness, and community come together to support healthcare professionals who give so much of themselves every day. This special event invites participants to slow down, reconnect, and care for their own well-being while helping raise funds for wellness-focused WeCare Boxes for nurses and healthcare teams.
The class will begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow designed to release tension, restore balance, and support both body and mind. As the practice winds down, participants will be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bowl meditation, allowing the soothing vibrations to help calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest.
After the session, guests are invited to stay, connect with fellow participants, and celebrate the shared intention of caring for those who care for others. Every ticket purchased helps us move closer to our goal of delivering wellness gift boxes to healthcare professionals who need encouragement, restoration, and recognition during demanding seasons.

*By attending one of our fundraising events or by donating to WeCare Nonprofit Foundation, you are providing resources to provide comprehensive care for our healthcare professionals who are silently suffering from burnout, secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and PTSD. Our organization provides critical support to our healthcare professionals by providing CME wellbeing boxes, CME wellness conferences, and CME immersive self-care retreats. Our continuing medical education programs support whole person wellbeing and validate the need for healthcare professionals to care for themselves in order to continue to care for others. Improving our healthcare workforce's own wellbeing ensures we achieve better outcomes for both patients, our healthcare professionals, and communities at large.
