Weaving the Three Worlds - Lammas: Seeds of Light
About this Event
Lammas invites us to pause at the height of summer and ask: what have we grown? What is ready to be gathered, and what still needs tending? In the Andean and shamanic traditions, this is a time to weave together the threads of our inner and outer worlds - Upper, Middle, and Lower - into a coherent and living whole.
Through shamanic journeying and sacred craft, we work with the medicine of weaving - the ancient art of bringing disparate parts into pattern, of finding the connections between what was, what is, and what is becoming.
Join us for an evening of journeying and creative ceremony as we honour the first harvest and craft a Spirit Doll - a guardian object to hold our gratitude, protection, and memory through the turning of the year. No previous experience is needed - this circle is open to all.
🌾 During the evening, you will be guided through:
· Grounding meditation and opening ceremony
· Shamanic drumming and guided journey through the Three Worlds
· Crafting a personal Spirit Doll as a sacred guardian object
· Reflection on harvest, integration, and what we are weaving into being
· A closing ritual to honour Lammas and the seeds of light within us
🌾 Please bring
· A journal and pen
· A water bottle
· Small found objects, fabric scraps, or natural materials for your Spirit Doll (optional — materials will also be provided)
