Welcome to the cool side of Asbury Park…are you ready to take the plunge?

The Asbury is thrilled to partner with Ignite Sadhana, an alternative and holistic health service group who seek to push the limits of the mind, body and spirit.

Official Wim Hof Method certified instructors Jason and Peter are your guides through an understanding of the method and its three pillars – breathing, cold therapy and commitment. Your experience starts with an introduction to the ideology and the health benefits experienced from this practice. You will then be guided through meditation and breathing sessions, bringing purpose to your plunge. From there, Jason and Peter will be with you to conduct a series of two-to-five-minute cold plunges, piloting you through the breathing strategy and sensation and allowing you to find peace and comfort in the cold.

Back inside, we welcome you with warming drinks, light bites and a gathering space for discussion, questions and bonding.
