WEALTH IS HEALTH — Party With a Purpose!
If you missed the last one, you definitely don’t want to miss this one!
Join Strike After Dark x AutoFitGym for the next WEALTH IS HEALTH Wellness Networking Day Party, where health, fitness, music, networking and community come together for an experience the entire family can enjoy.
This isn’t just a workout — it’s a movement designed to encourage our community to move better, eat better, connect with valuable resources and take control of our health together.
What to Expect:
• Group fitness and wellness activities
• Line dancing with Keep It Steppin’ / @keepitstepping813
• Live DJ and great music
• Professional and community networking
• Nutrition and wellness resources
• Food trucks and vendors
• Community partners and health education
• Family-friendly fun
November is National Diabetes Awareness Month and Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, so we’re using this event to bring greater awareness, education and resources directly to our community.
Featuring community partners including Southern Nutrition & Weight Loss, KinoFit Physical Therapy, PLLC, and Keep It Steppin’ Line Dance Fitness.
