Annual Homebuyer Fair: Wealth Building Through Homeownership

Join us! This stellar event is hosted by NeighborWorks Orange County and the City of Garden Grove at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center for a FREE Homebuyer Fair on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 10:00 am - 2:00pm.

First-time homebuyers will be provided with information on down payment assistance programs of up to $110,000, access to community lending partners to ask questions, realtors and key resourses to assist in the homebuying journey .

Food and refreshments will be provided! Participants can take part in opportunity drawings throughout the day. This event free and family-friendly.
