Queen and Ben Elton’s award-winning electrifying hit musical We Will Rock You is being unleashed in Perth once more in 2025 – but as it’s never been done before.

WA’s Platinum Entertainment will stage the world-first ultimate interactive We Will Rock You Experience exclusively at Venue 360 in Burswood every Friday night from February 21.

Featuring a powerhouse all-West Australian cast crew and production team this full-throttle rock 'n' roll extravaganza is peppered with fun dance rock and sing-along opportunities and audiences are encouraged to come dressed in their favourite rock gear.

The wild ride that is Perth’s We Will Rock You Experience climaxes with 'Buddy's Epic Dance Party' – including cast members – on Venue 360’s signature double-ring revolving stage.

Since 2018 Platinum Entertainment has produced five different versions of We Will Rock You – including sold-out seasons at Crown Theatre and the Regal Theatre – making the company the most prolific producer of the musical worldwide. Its design and production have also won high praise from writer Ben Elton (who attended the 2020 opening night at Crown) and Queen’s Brian May and Roger Taylor.

Performers storming the stage in this mind-blowing 2025 production include:

·      We Will Rock You WA veteran Mikey Keith as Brit alongside powerhouse international vocalist Gemma Luxton – as seen on The Voice 2020 – playing Oz

·      The stars of Platinum’s 2023 We Will Rock You season Nicholas Cruse and now wife Kelsey Cruse will reprise their roles as Galileo and Scaramouche

·      Perth-based comedian and actor James Hancox as Buddy

Renowned Perth singer Holly Denton and multi award-winning drag artist Dean Misdale will join the show later in the season.

BACKGROUND

We Will Rock You tells the story of planet Earth 300 years in the future where society exists under an Orwellian regime designed to ensure that everyone looks and acts the same. It's a place where music - especially rock music - is virtually unknown.

But there are some - the Bohemians - who don’t conform; and their quest to find the music that will defeat the regime and set the people free is framed against a feast of iconic Queen hits including Radio Ga Ga I Want to Break Free Killer Queen Under Pressure Bohemian Rhapsody and of course the eponymous We Will Rock You.
