“We Take Care of Us” Community Care for Queer + Trans Trauma Survivors

This Chroma Wellness Session will be a safer space for queer and trans community members to learn about and explore pathways to navigating trauma. The Session will be lead by AM Rausa, LCSW & Erin Moraga Raber, MT-BC of Cervitude Counseling.

Workshop will include:

• Defining Trauma Discussion
• Tools for navigating systems of care
• Group-based music therapy activity
