This weekend is for the woman who feels called to let go, forgive, and step into her wholeness with grace and compassion. It’s a space to celebrate yourself, connect with sisterhood, and honor the sacredness of every step on your path.
Something powerful happens when women come together! Our exhale deepens, we laugh louder, cry freely, and we remember who we are beneath the roles and routines.
We Rise is the kind of weekend you dream about escaping to with your closest friends but with a sacred twist; an invitation to unleash the authenticity of your being and remember how to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
What to expect over the weekend:

🔸 Healing workshops for body, mind, and soul
This weekend is full of magic in the way we lift each other up, release what no longer serves, and choose joy as a sacred way home to ourselves. Our workshops include journaling, embodiment practices, breathwork, conscious movement, open discussions, and fun. No prior experience for any weekend activity is necessary.
▪️What’s included:
Snacks & refreshments through the weekend, Saturday lunch and dinner, unlimited tea, coffee, and hydration station, all workshops, speakers & group sessions, body paint & dance party.
Sunday we welcome you to invite your partner/spouse (if you choose) to join in for a partner stretch and sound session. We also have a Sunday Vendor Market from 1:30-4:30 pm that follows our powerful weekend.
Our meals are designed to rejuvenate and energize you with vibrant fruits, crisp vegetables, and nourishing proteins (vegan options available upon request). Every bite is thoughtfully prepared to fuel your body and feed your soul.
