We Outside: Prenatal Yoga

We Outside is on the road again, and this time we are stopping in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to gather, fellowship, and engage in some mindful movement. As we transition into the fall season, this is the perfect time to slow down and settle our nervous systems. Join SisterSong's Birth Justice Coordinator Shanti Moore and our Birth Justice Care Fund North Carolina Liaison Tiara Morris for a prenatal yoga session, a game of Nutrition Trivia, food, and essential birthing item prizes.
