Join us every 1st Saturday for a FREE community Mindfulness Walk and Talk with the CWC, where all ages and families are welcome!

This casual morning walk through nature offers a chance to gently move our bodies, connect with others, and learn simple wellness techniques to reduce stress and enhance mindfulness.

It’s a relaxed way to enjoy the outdoors while gaining practical skills for well-being.

Bring comfortable shoes, water, and an open mind!
