W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Camp & Summer Fun

W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Camp & Summer Fun is a customized tutoring program to help our student’s combat summer learning loss and achieve improvement in their academic area(s) of challenge.

Each day students are provided with up to 4 hours of tutoring divided into 4 1-hour sessions. Students are also engaged in STEM & art activities and outdoor events. Each Friday students are taken on academic field trips to 1 of the following:

June 13th - The Grand Bohemian Gallery & Gretch Museum Tours & Pinspiration

June 20th - SCAD Art Museum & Savannah Children's Museum

June 27th - Skidaway Island Aquarium & The Jepson Center

July 4th - CLOSED

July 11th - Career Day: Enmarket Arena, Kando Mobile Gamin' & TBD

July 18th - TBD

- Parents who arrive after 5:30 PM for pickup will be assessed a $5 late fee per 15 minutes. Our GS volunteers have to be on their way promptly due to course schedules.

Registration Fee - $85.00 per student

This fee reserves your student's space for the duration of 1 semester with W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Group. This fee is due prior to the start of the semester session.

Program Fee - $85.00 weekly

This is a weekly fee. Once registered your student's attendance is contracted for 6 weeks. As it is with childcare and after care contracts, If your student does NOT attend you are STILL OBLIGATED to make payment for their space in the program during this camp.

Invoices are delivered to your email and will be due each Friday.

If payment is not remitted by the Friday due date listed on your invoice by midnight your student(s) WILL NOT be on the following week's service list and their tutor will not be available.

Important

1. Please return ALL PARENT/CHILD Information forms.
2. Please feel free to send snacks with your child.
3. Please remember to sign your child/children out each day. No one under 16 years of age can sign a student out.
