Join the Rolypoly Family for an inclusive dance session where everyone can move, play and connect in their own way.

Designed to build comfort and confidence while encouraging shared joy and interaction, this session welcomes people of all abilities, movement styles and needs. Move at your own pace, express yourself freely and connect with others in a fun, supportive environment.

This programme is curated by Thirtytwocm as part of Enabling Lives Festival, organised by SG Enable.

What to Expect

The session begins with a synchronised group warm-up to energise the room so everyone can get comfortable. Through creative movement games, participants will explore individual and small-group creativity, leading to short dance phrases that they can choose to perform, teach others or follow along.

The session closes with a cool-down stretch and a short reflection.

Moving and Sharing Space Together

Throughout the session, participants will:

• Move and dance according to their comfortable levels
• Express their creative confidence and experience others’ creative expressions.
• Look out for themselves and each other
• Have opportunities to try again if something did not work the first time.

About Rolypoly Family

Established in 2018, Rolypoly Family creates safe, respectful and imaginative spaces for people to dance, play and connect. Through movement and art, they nurture creative confidence, social-emotional growth and possibilities for positive cultural change.

Led by artists Faye Lim and Bernice Lee, Rolypoly Family draws on postmodern dance, creative pedagogy and body safety education to develop inclusive, socially engaged programmes for diverse communities.

Programme Information

• Age Requirement: The programme is open to participants of all ages.
• Ticket Registration: Each ticket admits one person only, including children. If you are attending with your child or caregiver, please register a separate ticket for each person attending the programme.
• Caregiver Support: Participants who may need assistance with visual or verbal communication, physical activities or mobility are encouraged to attend with a caregiver. Caregivers are welcome to participate in the programme together with them.
• Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
• Meeting Point: Lobby at the drop-off point, Delta Sports Centre, 900 Tiong Bahru Road, Singapore 158790.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the programme starts for registration. Participants must check in at the event to be eligible for a deposit refund.

• Personal Responsibility: We encourage all participants to take reasonable care of their own safety and belongings throughout the programme. Parents and guardians are responsible for the care and supervision of children under their charge. Participants who require additional support are encouraged to attend with a caregiver. • Photography and Videography: Photography and video recording may take place during the event. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform our team at the registration desk upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Refundable Deposit and Cancellation: To encourage attendance, the deposit will be refunded to participants who check in at the event. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the programme. Deposits will be forfeited for participants who do not attend or cancel within 48 hours of the programme, in accordance with the event's refund policy.
