About this Event
We Are Wakefield Manufacturing Forum
Thursday 9th July | 10:00am – 12:00pm | Wakefield Town Hall
Join us for the inaugural We Are Wakefield Manufacturing Forum, bringing together manufacturers from across the district for a focused and meaningful discussion on the future of the sector.
We are delighted to welcome Tony Reeves, Chief Executive of Wakefield Council, who will provide insight into the recent changes within the council and what these developments mean for manufacturers in the Wakefield district.
This interactive session offers attendees the opportunity to:
- Gain key updates directly from local leadership
- Submit questions in advance when you register for this event.
- Take part in open discussion during the session
- Share challenges, ideas, and opportunities with peers
Please note: This event is strictly for manufacturers only. It is open to manufacturing members of We Are Wakefield, as well as other Wakefield district manufacturers attending for the first time as a taster session.
This is a valuable opportunity to have your voice heard, shape future conversations, and strengthen connections within the local manufacturing community.
More information about submitting questions and joining instructions will be provided upon registration.

While we are mindful of this, networking and group gatherings can sometimes be loud, which we appreciate may be challenging for some individuals, including those who are hearing impaired, neurodiverse, or sensitive to sound.
If you require accommodations please speak to a member of the WAW team. A quieter space will be allocated.
