What does it mean to be a good steward? We will be answering this question during this sermon series "We Are Stewards" in relation to many subjects God has entrusted to us. The first week we will start with one of the first commandments God gives to humans: to subdue and "have dominion over" God's creation. Does that mean we are free to do whatever we want with God's creation? How much power do we really have over the forces of nature? When God created humankind in God's own image and commanded us to be stewards of God's creation we were given significant power and all of it's accompanying responsibility to both represent God to creation and represent creation before God.
