Fancy a cuppa, a good conversation and the chance to meet new people?
Sometimes, all we need is somewhere to go, someone to talk to and a little reminder that we're not alone.
WE ARE NOT THERAPY is a weekly, peer-led talking group brought to you by The Sober Bar London, creating space for real conversations, new connections and a sense of belonging.
Created with the LGBTQI+ and sober communities in mind, our gatherings are open to anyone looking for meaningful human connection in a welcoming, alcohol-free environment.
🌷 What to expect
No awkward introductions, no pressure to share your life story and no expectations.
Just a friendly space to grab a cuppa, catch up about your week, share a little, listen and meet others.
Our groups are led by people with lived experience, rather than therapists or counsellors. We're not here to fix anyone or provide therapy. We're here to connect, listen and support one another through everyday conversations.
Coming alone? You're very welcome.
You don't need to know anyone beforehand or have anything prepared. Just turn up as you are.

Your £5 ticket includes tea, coffee and light refreshments, along with the opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed community setting.
