'We Are Latinos V' Drive-In Screening

Join Kansas City PBS for a special evening under the stars at the Boulevard Drive-In Theater celebrating the premiere of the latest installment of .

The documentary series from filmmaker Victor Antillanca highlights the stories and impact of Latinx artists and tastemakers in Kansas City, showcasing their creativity, cultural heritage and resilience.

The free, family-friendly outdoor screening is a part of the Kansas City PBS Spotlight Series. The event will feature more than just the film, it's a celebration of the community with:

• Community vendors
• Food trucks

Parking is available on-site, and film audio will be available through the pole speakers or by tuning into 89.7 FM on your car radio from inside your vehicle. Further instructions will be provided upon arrival.

About the Film

In the fifth installment of We Are Latinos, we meet four inspiring Kansas City-based Latino artists: Socorro Reyes, bandmates and brothers André Reyes Jr. and Antonio Reyes and Sue Moreno. Vibrant visuals, thoughtful narration and personal interviews explore the artists’ individual journeys, offering a powerful celebration of identity and creativity.
