There are times in all our lives when we long for a place of peace—somewhere to feel safe, understood, and at rest.
This longing isn’t weakness; it’s wisdom, and it reflects the heart’s natural wish to be free from pain, fear, confusion and despair.
In this class series, we explore how the ancient practice of going for refuge in Buddhism helps us to meet that deep need, not by escaping our life, but by turning toward that which is stable, deeply trustworthy, and well within reach.
With simple teachings and guided meditations, we learn how to steer towards safe harbour of inner refuge, where real peace begins.
