The Woodford County Board of Education will host its monthly meeting at Simmons Elementary School. The public is invited to attend either in-person or online via video live-stream on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnogqvCx7P-73WPmQyfQfQQ). The video will NOT be live-streamed via Facebook. It will be live-streamed on the district's YouTube page.The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 28. If attending in person, a member of the public may sign up to make a comment prior to the start of the meeting. If attending virtually, a member of the public may submit a statement via email anytime throughout the day on the date of the meeting to Angel Cooper ([email protected]). Comments must be submitted prior to the 6:00 PM start time. Angel will print the emails, and each statement will be read during the public comment portion of the agenda. Elaine Bailey, Communications Officer, will read the comments. A copy of the email will be kept to accurately reflect those who submitted a public comment just as our sign-up sheet is kept now. Each statement will be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Each statement must be related to an item on the agenda.
