The Woodford County Board of Education will host its monthly meeting at the Woodford County Public Schools Central Office (180 Frankfort Street). The public is invited to attend either in-person or online via video live-stream on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnogqvCx7P-73WPmQyfQfQQ). The video will NOT be live-streamed via Facebook. It will be live-streamed on the district's YouTube page.The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17. Huntertown Elementary will be the featured school.
If attending in person, a member of the public may sign up to make a comment prior to the start of the meeting. If attending virtually, a member of the public may submit a statement via email anytime throughout the day on the date of the meeting to Mrs. Jessie Rayburn ([email protected]). Comments must be submitted prior to the 6:00 PM start time. Mrs. Rayburn will print the emails, and each statement will be read during the public comment portion of the agenda. Ms. Elaine Bailey, Communications Officer, will read the comments. A copy of the email will be kept to accurately reflect those who submitted a public comment just as our sign-up sheet is kept now. Each statement will be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Each statement must be related to an item on the agenda.
