Bladers ages 10 and up only
(There will be a "Juniors" event held @ 11am the same day for any Bladers 9 and younger)
Swiss rounds til a cut to the Top players
Swiss rounds will be to 5 points/ Top Cut will be to 7
(*TOP CUT IS DEPENDANT ON NUMBER OF PLAYERS*)
***DECKLISTS WILL BE REQUIRED***
4-8: 3 Rounds of Swiss
9-12 : 4 Rounds of Swiss followed by a Top 4 Cut
13-20 : 5 Rounds of Swiss followed by a Top 4 Cut
21-32 : 5 Swiss Rounds followed by a Top 8 Cut
33-64 : 6 Swiss Rounds followed by a Top 8 Cut
65-108 : 7 Swiss Rounds followed by a Top 8 Cut
Format: Bring 5, Ban 2
-Each Blader will make a "Deck" of 5 different Beys with no repeating parts
-At the start of every match Bladers will show the whole deck to their opponent. Each blader will then ban 2 of their opponents beys in secret. Once they present the 3 their opponents will use, that match will be a normal 3v3
-For the first battle, each blader uses their 1st Bey. For each battle afterwards, bladers must use the next Bey in their deck order.
After battling with the 3rd Bey, both bladers may change the order of their deck in secret. Then, each blader uses their 1st Bey for the next battle. YOU DO NOT BAN BETWEEN SHUFFLES, ONLY AT THE START OF THE MATCH.
***RULES***
-Takara Tomy & Hasbro Beys are legal
-We will be using Takara Tomy Stadiums
(Anyone who brings a good condition Takara Tomy Stadium for tournament use gets a free $1 drink on us!)
-B&X side will be randomly selected at the start of the match then the loser of every successful launch will choose
-Any mislaunches MUST BE CALLED IMMEDIATIELY
-After 3 mislaunches, the Blader at fault will give a point to their opponent. This will reset after and/or after a succesful launch
-We are following the No-Contact Rule (A no-contact pocket ONLY will result in a re-launch)
-No Sniping (Mid-air contact will result in a re-launch)
-A launch landing on the shroud constitutes a relaunch
-Burst takes priorty. Meaning if a player bursts and that contact would result in the other player being pocketed, the burst will be the result of that launch NOT the pocket
***BEY RULES***
-For Bullet Griffon, the bottom (Blue) part will be the "Bey" when it comes to scoring. Meaning if the top (Red) part is pocketed but the bottom (Blue) half is still in the arena, no point is scored
