Wayne County Women’s Network March Meeting: Managing Your Strengths Building on the two previous StrengthsFinder sessions, Managing Your Strengths will help us focus on how the themes could get in the way of your success and how you can better manage them. Moderator Cindy Biggs will guide us.
You will meet with others with similar themes and will be able to hear best practices of ensuring your strengths give you an edge. You will leave with a plan for action to give you that edge, and to ensure that it does not get in the way of your success.
You do not have to have attended the previous sessions to attend this one but it is encouraged to take the StrengthsFinder test to know your strengths.
This event is held at The Connection Event and Conference Center, 1034 Country Club Drive, Wooster.

11:30-11:50--Buffet lunch and networking
11:50-1:00--Learning!
All women working and/or living in Wayne County and their guests are welcomed. All in attendance are welcome to bring handouts/flyers.

Cost: $20 Payable at the door with cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. A portion of each payment is donated to the annual scholarship. Please make checks payable to Wayne County Women’s Network or WCWN.
