There have been some inquiries regarding the Wayback's Arcade Vendor Event, so here are the most commonly asked questions with answers. Drop more questions below if you have any!FAQ:
Q: What is the cost of the event?
A: $20 gets you an 8x8 booth space. It is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another event if it turns out you can't make this one.
Q: Is the deposit transferable?
A: No. Deposits can only be used by the individual or business that initially requested the space. Additionally, it cannot be redeemed for cash or for arcade admission.
Q: When is the event?
A: Saturday, April 26th, between 11am & 3pm. Vendor setup is between 10 & 10:30am.
Q: Can I bring my food truck?
A: Unfortunately not. Saturdays are usually pretty busy, and we cannot use up too many parking spaces. However, we do host events during the week (Mon-Fri), so if you are interested in Trivia Nights or Date Nights, let us know.
Q: Is the event indoors or outdoors?
A: The event is outdoors, but it is located under our breezeway. You will not be directly exposed to the elements. We will try to reschedule if it looks like the weather will be stormy.
Q: Is there electricity available?
A: We do not currently have any outlets available outdoors. This is an older building, and unfortunately not equipped with outdoor outlets. You may bring small generators provided they are not in the way or overly loud.
Q: Do you provide tables and chairs?
A: We do not provide tables or chairs. You will need to bring your own supplies for the event.
