I became aware that 2024 marked the 30 year mark of my dj career. Quite a milestone, which I determined not to see as a millstone. 30 years of this crazy, rollicking adventure of piping music onto dance floors and playing the companion to countless dance journeys. It has been enriching, rewarding, fulfilling, challenging and forever growth full for which I will be forever grateful. I wanted to do something to celebrate and how better than to do so with two of my friends and colleagues who have crossed the 30 year mark themselves and with no fanfare! No fanfare! We can’t have it.
So here we have it. WAX 100 is a singular event; as in it’s the only one and it stands alone as an occasion where each of Andrew, Chris and I will play sets that, each in our own way celebrate and encapsulate our 30+ years of dj’ing.
We have been blessed over these years to share what we do with so many of you who have shared your time and energy and belief in us. So let’s do it again, for all of the times past, for our friends with us and those who have left us, and for those we are yet to meet. We invite you to come and join us on this particular iteration of our dj adventures. It all happens on the dance floor. As it always has.
