Wax Ring Carving Workshop

Carve your own silver ring in this 2.5-hour evening workshop with jeweller, Courtney Hogan and learn the basics of wax carving.
You will learn how to size your finger and carve a ring to the correct size for yourself. You could leave with something angular like a signet, or something wavier and more organic. Courtney will show you how to carve in some engravings or how to add different textures to the surface.
Join on your own or bring a friend or loved one.
Once you have made your creation, Courtney will get them cast into silver and finish them for you to pick up approximately three weeks later.
This workshop will allow enough silver to create a 9gram ring. If you would like to create a heavier ring that’s no problem! Each extra gram of silver will be an additional $7.50, and you can weigh the wax on the night to figure out the total extra cost.
