Discover the art of lost-wax jewelry making in this beginner-friendly class! Participants will learn how to shape and carve their very own ring or pendant from jeweler’s wax using professional tools and techniques. Guided by an expert, you’ll sketch, carve, and refine your design into a unique piece that’s completely your own!

Once your design is finished, you’ll have the option to have it cast in metal (sterling silver or bronze) through the traditional lost-wax casting process, transforming your wax model into a lasting keepsake.

THE CASTING PROCESS

• Casting happens off-site and is not part of the class. You will leave your creation with us, and we will send it to casting experts to have it cast in sterling silver or bronze.
• Casting incurs an additional fee; you are not required to cast the piece you carve, you could just take the class and leave without a finished product but do know that casting your piece will cost around $60-$150+, depending on weight, size and material.
• You must come pick up your piece once it's finished being cast. We do not ship your finished work to you. Unless you elect to pay for postage which is $10- you will pay this fee at the end of class.
• Casting takes 3-6 weeks. We will contact you, letting you know your piece is finished and ready for pick up.
• You must pick up your piece during regular business hours.

Please arrive a few minutes early to find your seat as class starts on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we will not be able to have you join the class.

**We do not offer refunds if you choose to cancel your spot in class. We can allow to transfer to another class if you need to cancel but you must contact us about doing so 10 days or more before the class you are scheduled to take. All sales are final.
