Ignite your New Year's fitness goals with a little help from Paséa Hotel & Spa.Our famed Waves of Wellness fitness event returns on Saturday, January 31, 2026 for a day of fitness, wellness and coastal vibes. This January event will feature three fitness & wellness classes: a HIIT class led by Motion Fitness Group trainer Scott Perry, followed by an invigorating yoga class and a sound bath session powered by Ashley Dang with Open Aerial Yoga.
After your sweat session, wind-down with shopping with local wellness vendors.
Ticket types:
Early Bird - General Admission: $35 (Now - December 31): includes access into the event, shopping with wellness vendors, $15 discounted parking
General Admission (January 1 - January 31): $55: includes access into the event, shopping with wellness vendors, $15 discounted parking
