If you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments...❤️

Beginning with gentle breath allowing us to settle in and feel present.

My intention is to gently transition a person from their normal waking state of consciousness (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta).

In this relaxed state , a person’s own innate healing abilities should then be able to work more effectively in order to bring the person back into alignment.

The process can help to bring the person back into optimal vibration, offering many benefits to general health and wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.

(Thereaputic instruments include Gongs, Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingsha & Koshi Chimes, Buffulo and Framed Drums, Rattles & Rainstick and Rav Vast Handpan.)

Please bring a mat/blanket/cushion, there are some available.

Water bottle if needed.
