SAVE THE DATE! On November 14, 2026, Up & Running will be race directing "Wave of Hope 2 Miler" in Satellite Beach, FL. All proceeds are provided to the Florida Prader-Willi Syndrome chapter to support our Florida Prader-Willi families.

It is characterized by a variety of physical, cognitive and behavioral symptoms that can vary widely among those affected. Understanding the signs of PWS is crucial for early diagnosis and effective management.
One of Up & Running's own team members has PWS so we want to bring more awareness to this condition that doesn't receive enough attention.
