Every step is more than just distance covered — it’s a stride toward awareness, compassion, and a cure. By signing up, you’re not just participating in a race — you are a Wave Maker, helping to turn individual effort into a fight against cancer.Whether you run, walk, or volunteer, your presence helps amplify the message and fuels the mission. All proceeds from the Wave Makers 5K directly support the transformative research of Tulane Cancer Center—sending waves of hope and change far beyond race day.

7:00 AM - Packet Pickup and Late Registration
8:00 AM - Pre-race announcements
8:10 AM - The Swell - Kids 1/2-Mile Run
8:20 AM - Registration Closes
8:30 AM - TCC Wave Makers 5K Run/Walk
9:30 AM - Award Ceremony (subject to change)
