All items are sold "As Is Where Is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and Wausau Auctioneers. All sales are subject to the WI State Sales Tax law.

Bidders are encouraged to fully examine all items before bidding. While descriptions are believed to be correct and information was obtained from sources deemed reliable, any information contained in the brochure is in no way a guarantee or warranty expressed or implied. Hour meter and odometer readings published in this listing are not guaranteed, we can only report what is visually seen.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Acceptable forms of payments: cash, cashier's check, wire transfer and personal or company checks accompanied with a current bank letter. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS!
ONSITE BIDDING
There is NO ONSITE BUYERS FEE!! A photo ID is required to obtain a bidder number. Settlement must be made in full on day of auction.
ONLINE BIDDING
If you are unable to attend the auction in person, simultaneous internet bidding is available thru www.WausauAuctioneers.com. A 3% buyer's premium plus sales tax per lot will be added to internet purchases.
If you are the winning bidder, an invoice will be emailed to you once the auction is completed & reconciled on Friday, September 5th, 2025. Payment must be made in full by 4PM CST on Wednesday, September 10th, 2025.
