Cate Taylor is an award-winning, indie-folk songwriter from Naarm (Melbourne), performing delicately crafted material with voice, guitar and mandolin. Amla is a captivating multi-instrumentalist (flute and violin) drawing on her classical training and extensive performance experience.
Together they form the contemporary folk duo Wattle Lane.They present moving songs that explore social, personal, and environmental themes through stories, ballads, and upbeat tunes, balancing contemporary and traditional folk sounds.
