ABOUT THE WATTLE HOUSE
The Wattle House is a rural arts collective that supports creative work through regular events, workshops, and recordings. Our approach is straightforward: we work with what's here, support each other's growth, and focus on the work itself rather than credentials or profiles. We're interested in honest art about real conditions—how social and environmental breakdown actually looks in our lives. We measure success by whether new artists emerge and whether what we're building can adapt and continue beyond us.
We encourage any interested performers to contact us to perform at our events and remain very open to experimental ideas and concepts which combine performance, art and music. We are especially interested in first-time performers who would like to perform original material in a nonjudgmental and highly encouraging environment.
