Join me, award-winning children’s author Fiona Lowry, for a joyful storytelling session featuring my much-loved picture book Mousey Mornings. Children will meet Melvin and Zara — two little mice with big hearts — as they discover the power of friendship, teamwork, and learning to help each other.
My relaxed interactive events are designed to spark confidence and creativity in young readers. After the reading, children can enjoy a hands-on craft activity decorating their very own chef’s hat, inspired by Melvin’s morning adventures. The session will finish with a relaxed book signing, where I will happily personalise copies for your child.
Perfect for ages 3–5, this engaging hour is ideal for families looking to introduce little ones to stories with heart.
The Child Book & Ticket bundle includes a copy of Mousey Mornings(RRP £9.99), available for collection at the event.

[Fiona Lowry grew up in the quiet beauty of Saline, a small Scottish village filled with fresh air, big skies, and the kind of peaceful freedom and adventure that shapes a child’s spirit. Some of Fiona’s dearest memories are of sitting with her dad in the fading light, watching bats sweep through the twilight sky — moments that quietly rooted in her a sense of wonder, stillness, and independence that she carries to this day.]
