Watershed Planning Meeting Phase II Kickoff

Please join us for our phase II watershed planning meeting. Over the past year, we hosted monthly stakeholder meetings to provide information on resources, education from experts and collect feedback on our resident priorities. We collected this information and developed goals, objectives, and drafted strategies. We need your input on finalizing these strategies that will be used to prioritize projects to improve water quality in the watershed, and to review potential sites for upland projects that will offer holistic water quality and quantity improvements.

This will be a fun and engaging community event, with interactive tables to review materials, strategize our draft framework, and connect with partner organizations on all things watershed planning. We have an excellent line up of community organizations, including WSSC Water, Chesapeake Bay Trust, Izaak Walton League of America, Muddy Branch Alliance, Seneca Creek Watershed Partners, and Land Studies Inc. We need your help to ensure our watershed plans match community values, and we hope to see you there!
