Bystander Assistance Hands-on Skills LabThis class is a refresher for people who have completed A Crash Course for the Motorcyclist within the past two years (2024 or 2025). Refresher students will receive access to the optional online class (highly recommended) with an updated e-book.

A new student who is completing the Blended Learning Certification.
Blended Learning students must complete an online class within 6 months of this class in order to certify. The link to complete the online course is provided to you after you register and pay for the class. The online class should take about 2 hours to complete.

Learn what to do in the first 5-30 minutes after a crash until professional help arrives.
Helmet removal, jaw thrust, and moving the injured are all addressed & practiced.
Instructor-led ASM 200 Series Basic Hands-on class. Lead Instructor: Greg Lamphere, RN. Location: Waterloo Public Library. Hosts: Stilettos on Steel. This class is OPEN to the general public.
