Waterfront Mat Pilates

Take advantage of the summer weather and join us for a fun, welcoming, and energizing Outdoor Mat Pilates class at the beautiful Malden River Overlook Gazebo in Rivergreen Park.

Whether you're looking to improve your strength, increase flexibility, relieve stress, or simply enjoy exercising outdoors with friends and neighbors, this class is designed for you. Every session combines low-impact movements that strengthen your core, improve balance and posture, and help you move with greater confidence—all while enjoying one of Everett's most scenic parks.

No previous Pilates experience is necessary. Exercises can be modified to accommodate beginners as well as participants looking for more of a challenge. Our goal is to create a supportive community where everyone feels welcome, regardless of age or fitness level.

Registration through Eventbrite is encouraged to help us prepare for class and communicate any weather-related updates.

Classes are held outdoors and may be postponed or canceled due to severe weather. Registered participants will be notified of any schedule changes.
