About this Event

This is a 3-part workshop series taking place on Wednesdays, Jan. 7th, 14th & 21st from 10am-12pm.

Let this invigorating season inspire you through several weeks of introspective and relaxing art-making. Enjoy experimenting and creating expressive watercolours in a variety of fun and playful ways guided by Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Helga Strauss. No experience necessary and all materials are provided!

About the instructor: Helga Strauss is an artist, educator, and therapeutic arts practitioner. In her personal art practice, she creates art every day, following her joy and curiosity. As a teacher for over 30 years, she encourages her students to do the same. Her mission is to help people spark joy, connection, and healing through creative, art-filled play.
