Baby Blend with Sam Streeter

This series is intended to be an interactive, playful, and powerful practice for parents and their babies! We’ll hold or have our babes in a carrier for the standing portion of class, adding weight and physical challenge. There will focus on postpartum supportive core engagement/ exercises, with a cool down stretch to calm the nervous system.

Optional time at the end to connect with like-minded parents.

Suitable for babes from newborns to crawling. All birthing parents welcome.
