Watercolours for Wellness: GIFTS FROM THE HEART (3 Sessions)

This is a 3-part workshop series taking place on Wednesdays, Feb. 4, 11 & 18 from 10am-12pm.

This month, let your love for others inspire your art-making. Enjoy experimenting and creating expressive watercolours in a variety of fun and playful ways guided by Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Helga Strauss. No experience necessary and all materials are provided!

About the instructor: Helga Strauss is an artist, educator, and therapeutic arts practitioner. In her personal art practice, she creates art every day, following her joy and curiosity. As a teacher for over 30 years, she encourages her students to do the same. Her mission is to help people spark joy, connection, and healing through creative, art-filled play.
