Watercolor on the Water
About this Event
Join us for Watercolor on the Water, a monthly plein air watercolor class held at Cherry Street Pier on Philadelphia's beautiful Delaware River waterfront.
This step-by-step watercolor series will help you learn essential painting techniques inspired by painting live scenery. Each session focuses on a different watercolor skill and can be taken individually or as part of the full series. Take all three to fully understand of the steps of building watercolor paintings.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to strengthen your watercolor foundation, you'll receive guided instruction in a relaxed, supportive outdoor setting.

Additional Items to Note:
Try to arrive on time- we only have so much daylight! Late arrivals are welcome with the understanding that you will have to catch up or do your own thing with our supplies
In the event of rain we will still meet at Cherry Street pier and draw inside the space. There are no rain dates and plenty of inspiration within Cherry Street Pier
Full Bar and Taco Truck on site should be open during all sessions but please confirm with Cherry Street Pier if that is something you know you'll want.
The pier does not close at 8pm but we will need to collect our supplies at that time. You're welcome to stay in the space to check out their galleries, artist studios, and the waterfront ambiance.
