DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones – it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose. DEKA FIT includes a 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total.Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.
We have 6 different heat types:
Age Group Heat: eligible for Age Group recognition and award
Elite Heat: eligible for prizing
Ruck Heat: Top 3 (44yrs old & under) and top 3 in Ruck Masters (Ages 45+) Male & Female are eligible for prizes from Titan 6 Actual. Any ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb – a limited number of loaner packs will be available on-site.
* Weight vests and plate carriers are not allowed.
2-Person Teams Heat: Eligible for podium recognition. Age Group Teams of all levels divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena in Teams of 2 adults (ages 14+) or2 youth (Ages 10-13) with male, female, and co-ed categories.
4-Person Teams Heat: Eligible for podium recognition. Age Group Teams of all levels divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena in Teams of 4 with male, female, and co-ed categories.
DEKA FIT Ultra: Eligible for overall podium recognition. Take on the ultimate challenge and conquer the DEKA FIT course five times in a row, for a total of 50 hybrid fitness zones and 25K of running.
