Watercolor 101, 4-week series

Have you ever wanted to learn watercolor but don’t know how to get started with this enchanting medium? Or maybe it’s been a while, and you’re looking for a refresher? Discover the popular world of watercolor with our own resident artist, Stephanie!

In this 4-week series of classes, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of watercolor, the necessary materials, and essential techniques. We will explore the exciting and unique properties of watercolor through both exercises and larger projects. Stephanie will also adjust lessons for returning students so that you’re always trying new skills. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refresh your skills, this class is designed to help you grow and enjoy the creative process.

Supply details: Most supplies will be provided, but students should bring a round watercolor brush (size 6 or 8) and 100% cotton watercolor paper (no larger than 9x12"). A suggested supply list will also be shared for those interested in purchasing materials for use outside of class.
