Water Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is a full-body listening experience that uses specific frequencies to relax and nurture our mind, body, and spirit. At JB Wellness the sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are primarily from crystal quartz singing bowls. Using these powerful instruments provides us with an opportunity to unplug from the external stimuli of our busy lives, and helps us to gain perspective on what’s going on within us through deep rest and relaxation. This sound bath occurs in Jill's pool on Lands End Pt N where we will float on the water while listening to the singing bowls. Please feel free to bring your own flotation device or choose to use pool noodles provided.
