Join us for a one-hour mixed-level yoga class taught outdoors by the water. Designed for those with some previous yoga experience, this session blends fluid movement, breathwork, and mindful stillness to build strength, release tension, and restore balance.
Expect a steady, flowing practice with options to modify or deepen poses depending on your level. The focus is on moving with awareness, enjoying your body, and connecting to nature in a joyful and grounded way.
Whether you're returning to your mat or deepening your practice, this is your space to reconnect—with yourself, your breath, and the natural beauty of Amager Strand.
