Water Bath Canning 101: Tomatoes

Learn about water bath canning, the equipment needed, and how to can tomatoes.

This class will include information and resources on safely canning at home, the science behind canning, and a food tasting.

Feel free to bring your own lunch; full 3 hours of the class is dependent on amount of participant questions and canning recipe.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable $10.00 registration fee per individual for this workshop.
