Water Bath Canning 101: Jams and Jellies

Learn about water bath canning, the equipment needed, and how to make homemade jams and jellies. Strawberry jalapeño jam will be made.

This class will include information and resources on safely canning at home, the science behind making jams and jellies, and a food tasting.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable $10.00 registration fee per individual for this workshop.
