The Wastebusters Repair Revolution is back this autumn, and you know the drill… or at least someone there will 😉Our legendary repair heroes are ready to roll up their sleeves and help bring your well-loved items back to life.
Join us in Wānaka on Sunday 19 April, 10am–2pm at the Wānaka Community Workshop for a free, feel-good community day of fixing, sharing skills, and helping one another. Got something a bit worse for wear? Bring it along and we’ll see what we can do.
From wobbly chairs and busted zips to small household items that have given up, we’re here to help patch things up and keep them in use a little longer.
Our volunteers can help with:
Clothing and zips
Toys
Small furniture
Small electrical items like lamps, toasters and radios
Bric a brac and general repairs
These days are relaxed, welcoming, and full of good yarns while things get stitched, glued, tightened or tinkered back together. No bookings needed, just drop in and see what we can fix.
If you’re handy with repairs, love a good problem solve, or just enjoy helping others, we’d love to have you involved. Even a few hours makes a real difference.
