Join us for a hands on workshop, "Thrifty Bites – Maximize flavour – minimise waste" This engaging 2.5 hour hands-on session, led by qualified Nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA. Nicole will equip you with practical tips to reduce food waste, ways to create tasty new meals from leftovers and learn how to use an induction cooktop. We will cook a variety of healthy, easy, budget friendly recipes to share for lunch.
Suitable for adults of all cooking abilities.
The food cooked will be served for lunch. Please bring reusable containers to the workshops for taking food home.
