The final, free Poudre Pub Talk of the 2024-2025 series will explore the many facets of composting and water with Compost Queen at Horse & Dragon Brewing Company.Jamie Blanchard-Poling, Chief Queen Officer and founder of Compost Queen, will be discussing proper organics management practices, like composting, divert waste materials and improves local soils to retain more water. Organics sent to landfill create leachates that can become runoff or seep into the local environment. Attend this last talk of the season to learn proper management techniques and the benefits of composting.
